Why switch

How we differ from your current provider

Switching providers is a real decision. Here is what changes, and how we make the transition without disruption.

SOC 2 Type II auditedFounded 2019$200B+ client AUM served

Built by fund operators

Founded in 2019 by technology alumni of Highfields Capital Management. We know trading hours, OMS dependencies and examination season from the inside.

Published service levels

Acknowledgement, dispatch and update times are written down and tied to service credits, not described as "best effort". Exact levels and credits are set in your ordering document.

Security in the same contract

Apollo, our 24x7 SOC, runs alongside IT and network operations, so for the services you contract with us, one team owns an incident from alert to resolution.

Evidence, not just tickets

Compliance, diligence and security reports your CCO and auditors can use, delivered through the client portal.

Diligence and exams, handled

We answer the technology and cybersecurity sections of investor DDQs and support SEC and FINRA exam requests, so your team isn't chasing evidence.

A named team

An account manager, technical lead and executive escalation contact who know your environment.

A managed transition

Switch providers with a plan, not a leap of faith

Start with a 30 to 45 minute discovery conversation. We then propose the service scope, transition responsibilities, timetable and pricing in writing. Timing depends on your environment and the outgoing provider.

  1. 01

    Discover and agree ownership

Review users, applications, dependencies, licensing and recovery needs. Verify that your firm holds administrative access and agree responsibilities before giving notice to the outgoing provider.

  2. 02

    Plan the handover

Document the estate and coordinate with your current provider. Define overlap where appropriate, verify monitoring and backups, and agree cutover timing and rollback criteria.

  3. 03

    Cut over and stabilize

Schedule changes around your operating calendar. A named team follows the agreed plan, checks access and service coverage, and tracks issues through stabilization.

  4. 04

    Document and review

Agree the baseline reporting, restore-test evidence and operating documentation to be delivered, then review the transition and ongoing responsibilities with leadership.
